Michael Harwood is a chef, author and freelance food writer.

His work as a private chef has taken him to homes all over the world. From superyachts  in the Med to mountaintop lodges in Switzerland, his culinary experience is as exotic as it is varied. Having worked in Italy and France for many years, his love of authentic European cuisine always shines through in his simple and unpretentious style of cooking. Michael’s  passion for great food has earned him an impressive list of rich and famous clients. Of course, he’d never be so vulgar as to drop names.

Based in the South East of England Michael takes full advantage of all the fantastic local produce available to him by cooking for friends and family as often as possible. If all goes to plan in the kitchen he blogs about it. If not, he keeps quiet.
