Michael regularly gives cooking lessons on a one to one basis or to small groups. This can be a half day of informal brushing up on existing skills or a whole day of learning something completely new.
Students can discuss ahead of time with Michael what they would like to cover in the class so that each session can be tailored to individual requirements.
A typical full day session would include:
- An introduction to the dishes that will be covered during the day
- A hands on demonstration of 4 dishes where the student or students will participate in the preparing of the dishes.
- A break for lunch where all 4 dishes are tasted and discussed in detail.
- A demonstration of a further 4 dishes.
- A questions and answers session where Michael will help solve any kitchen dilemmas.
- At the end of the day each student will be presented with a personalized recipe folder containing detailed step by step instructions for each dish demonstrated.
One to one tuition for a full day costs £450.00 and a group session for up to 8 people is £100.00 per head (minimum 6 people) These prices include all ingredients and any necessary specialist equipment.
Classes are designed to take place in the client’s own kitchen but for larger groups Michael can arrange for the use of an industrial kitchen at an additional cost – Please email Michael using the link on the left for details.
